At all Mangalam Higher Secondary School we strictly follow merit based and transparent admission policies. In cases of limited seats, first come first served is followed. Our admission staff would guide you through the process and provide all details, verifying your eligibility criteria before being admitted. Should you choose to talk to the academicians, our friendly staff would put you on with the concerned department to answer your questions. After an easy and thorough check the student would have to fill out the application an application form and the admissions office would register you into the respective schools.
We advise that you choose no recommendation channels, as we follow a transparent process and need no external influence to get admitted.
All admission closures strictly adhere to the opening and closing date of the academic year. Generally no admissions are offered in midyear, but after scrutiny if the child meets the requirements they are admitted accordingly.There are no official agents as per the strict policy of the Institutions. No dealers or consultants have obtained official permission to use our name to gain admissions.

- Admission dates: The admission opens as early as January for the next year until May if seats are available.
- Vijayadasami admissions open for KG students in relation with the dates every year.
- Generally no admissions are offered in the middle of an academic year, but special cases are considered.
- Fees: Admission fees and term deposits are mandatory at the time of admission.

Higher Secondary Scholarship
Year on Year Mangalam Educational Institutions offers open scholarships to 11th and 12th grade students based on their academic excellence in the concluded 10th grade SSLC exams. This is to facilitate and provide an opportunity to children to continue aspiring for their dreams.

This is a scholarship marks the coming together of Kavin Kumar Kandasamy & John Grant Harvey, two different people with similar ideologies from Australia and India. The Kandasamy Harvey Scholarship provides completely free education to one child a year until the 12th grade irrespective of which year the child joins the school in.

Sixth Sense Scholarship
The Sixth Sense scholarship in an association between the Sixth Sense foundation (Mr.Surya and Mangalam Educational Institutions) to cover the academic costs of the awardees for the 11th and 12th grade. The objective is to ensure that aspirants can pursue their dreams after the 10th grade by paying only 50% of the accommodation costs.

Admission Fee
Admission fee commonly referred to as the application fee is obtained to provide the necessary documents and process the application. This fee is non refundable.
School Fee –Term payment
School fee, which is normally paid in full, can be paid in terms after consideration and consent from the management. The school fee covers a wide range of day-to-day school activities. It covers the basic amenities tuition fee and other academic and co-curricular activities. Special classes that would be organized to develop children talent would be at an additional cost.
Transportation Fee
Transportation varies from student to student based on the distance they travel. All fees have meticulously calculated to provide efficient and safe transportation to benefit the parents and the students. Failure or delay in paying the transportation fee shall result in denial of service.
Notebook and examination fee
Books and examination are collected separately apart from the nominal School fee for the all the necessary notebooks and stationary provided through out the year. Students will not be issued books or paper in case of a failure to pay up front. No note fee shall be collected in terms. The examination fee collected here pertains only to the Quarterly, Half yearly and annual examination.
SMS – IVRS
Short message service and Instant voice response system are two unique features provided for enhanced communication between parents at the school. Parents are updated constantly/ every day about their child’s progress and development. Absent students are indicated with a message to the parents thus helping in verifying the authenticity of the absence.Additional services and facilities that are being developed for student developments purposes most often are covered in the cost.
